Website operator and business roles
This website is operated by the Agritech department of Gogoi & Co under the customer-facing name CoffeeSourcing. Gogoi & Co manages enquiry coordination and supports operations and logistics. The entity that produces or supplies the coffee is separate from Gogoi & Co.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about CoffeeSourcing and make legitimate business enquiries. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful or misleading material.
Enquiries and tastings
The website functions as an enquiry form. Submitting a form or requesting a tasting does not place an order, create a supply contract or guarantee availability. Gogoi & Co may contact you to understand the requirement, coordinate a tasting, arrange logistics and introduce or coordinate with the relevant producing or supplying entity.
Billing and payments
Gogoi & Co does not bill website users directly for coffee supplied through an enquiry made on this website. The applicable producing or supplying entity will provide any quotation, invoice, payment instructions and commercial terms directly or through an expressly identified arrangement. No payment is collected through this website.
Products, pricing and availability
Coffee is an agricultural product. Lots, specifications, sensory characteristics, pack formats, minimum quantities, pricing and delivery timelines may change. Final commercial terms are confirmed separately in writing.
Business agreements
Wholesale supply, contract roasting, private label and export work may require a separate quotation, specification, invoice, payment terms or written agreement with the relevant producing or supplying entity. That identified entity is responsible for its own coffee production, product specifications, pricing, invoicing and supply obligations. Separately agreed transaction terms govern the resulting business relationship.
Intellectual property
Website copy, branding, design and other original materials belong to CoffeeSourcing or their respective licensors. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
